How LARA creates answers
LARA checks approved information first: product pages, official policies and help pages, approved product FAQs, administrator-reviewed answers, and relevant moderated community discussions. When an approved answer is not available, LARA may use AI to create a response from the verified context supplied to her.
Community Questions
Customers may post product-specific questions and participate in moderated discussions. Community answers are opinions unless an administrator approves them.
Discussions may be edited, hidden, closed, or deleted when necessary.
Spam, abuse, offensive content, personal information, and unrelated promotion are not permitted.
An administrator may select, edit, and approve a useful answer and promote it to the official product FAQ.
Only approved question-and-answer content is added to structured FAQ data. Ordinary community discussions, unanswered questions, and pending answers are excluded from FAQPage JSON-LD.
How LARA improves
LARA does not learn without review. When an answer is incomplete or inaccurate, an administrator can save a better approved answer in LARA’s internal knowledge base. That reviewed answer can be used first for similar future questions.
Approval and editing are recorded. Administrators can edit, deactivate, or delete outdated internal answers, and publishing one as an official product FAQ remains a separate controlled action.
Privacy when using LARA
Do not submit passwords, card details, medical information, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information. Messages may be stored for moderation, service improvement, fraud prevention, or customer support and are handled under our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Report an Answer
Tell our team when a LARA answer appears incorrect, incomplete, or unhelpful. Reports are reviewed and never publish automatically.
